How do I make it?

Take a blender jar and crack 2 eggs, to that add ricotta cheese, whey protein and vanilla extract

Blend the mixture on high for about 30 seconds. Stop the blender and give 2-3 additiional pulses

Now mix blueberries and just simply stir with a spoon. Do not mix too well or the whole batter will turn violet

Take a pan and melt 1/3 tbsp of butter and make sure the pan is well coated with butter

Pour 1/3 of the batter on the pan and keep the flame on medium-low. Cover the pan with lid

After about 90 sec lift the lid and check if you see small holes on the top side of pancake - the one facing you

Typically this is the time your pancake is ready to be flipped

Flip the pancake and cook for about 1 min

A lot depends on the type of pan as well, so it might take 1 try for you to figure out how long you need to cook your pancake
