How do I make it?

With a knife cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, and take out the rest of avocado in a bowl

With a spoon or fork smash the avocado a number of times, to give it a chunky texture

Now add the sauerkraut, garlic powder, salt and pepper

Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well
