How do I make it?

​

  1. With a knife cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, and take out the rest of avocado in a bowl

  2. With a spoon or fork smash the avocado  a number of times, to give it a chunky texture

  3. Now add the sauerkraut, garlic powder, salt and pepper

  4. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well

  5. I usually have the this recipe by itself or have them with parmesan chips. See Tips & Tricks to see where you can buy the parmesan chips
