How do I make it?

​

  1. Take a pan and pour 1/2 tbsp of avocado oil. Keep the flame on medium

  2. Add onions and green peppers and sautee till they turn a little brown

  3. Now add mushrooms and sautee till they are cooked

  4. Preheat the oven to 350F

  5. In the meantime whisk together the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper

  6. Take a muffin tray and pour equal amounts of the whisked eggs into 3 of the muffin cups

  7. To the first one add the sauteed veggies, to the second drop the mozzarella slice and add olives and to the third one add spinach and sun dried tomatoes

  8.  Bake for about 15 -20 mins

  9. Your egg muffins are done when the eggs leaves the sides and if dipped, a fork comes out clean

  10. Serve your egg muffins with Love.
